I am always a little skeptical when trying out an auto shop for the first time, but I immediately felt comfortable at New Hope Auto when meeting and speaking with Ray. They were quick to find out what was wrong with my vehicle, let me know what it needed to be fixed, and had it ready the same day. Something else came up, which required a second trip, but all of the same great service was delivered and Ray even offered a car if I needed one to drive. If you are in the Raleigh area, specifically East Raleigh then this is the shop for you. Pass all of the rest of them on New Bern Avenue and make sure you get into New Hope Auto and speak with Ray or Julian.
