My wife called me at 3pm to let me know her car seemed to be having issues so I call New Hope Auto at 3:30 and without an appointment they let me know to stop by after work. They were busy when I showed up at 4:30 but the owner himself went back to look at the car. They quickly diagnosed the issue, called the parts to be delivered, and the technician offered to stay late to get it fixed that night at no extra charge. New Hope Auto goes above and beyond, I will definitely be taking all of my vehicle needs here for now on.

New Hope Auto provides their services exactly as promised. I also believe they have that rarest of rare automotive services quality - honesty. In my first encounter, my car began overheating right on their corner, so I pulled in. The possibilities I was considering were needing a new radiator or at the very least needing a new reserve well, each costing hundreds. I was so happy and relieved when they told me within minutes that it was just a defective clamp causing a loose hose. Total repair cost including replacement coolant was $60! New Hope Auto is now my permanent mechanic.
