I went in after my “check charging system” light came on and after a few minutes of waiting, they said it was my battery. Replaced it quick for sure but 2 days later it was clear it was actually my alternator. My husbands friend replaced it yesterday. I spent $165 on a new battery and I probably didn’t need a new one since I just got my Acura MDX in March of this year. Bummer they didn’t spend the few minutes to check the alternator that day especially after I reported it had a “whirling noise” for a few days before light came on.

I appreciate all the work Wolf Autoworks has done on my vehicle since I started going to them earlier this year. They made a difference and now my truck runs really well. Performance improved and gas mileage improved.

The team at Wolf Autoworks did a great job repairing my truck. I feel safe driving the truck for another 100,000 miles.

Didn't adjust clutch pedal correctly, took twice as long as they said they were going to, even though i was told before I even brought the car in that it was going to be a one day job, charged me $30 more for using a credit card than paying tax, did not use an OEM clutch master cylinder, but still charged me considerably more than Honda would have for the oem part, repeatedly told me they were going to call me back, but never did, and finally, said they were going to wash the car, but didn't. Basically, a one star experience.

Update: the owner did reach out to me, and I believe they are genuinely trying to make it a good experience for customers, but you shouldn't have to stay on top of the shop to make them perform the service correctly. I'll give them two stars instead of one for making an effort after the fact.
