I'm really not one for writing reviews. Exceptional customer service needs to be recognized in this day and time.
The great customer service started with a phone call. I was referred to Wolf when I needed my headlight assemblies replaced. I had a lot of questions during our phone consultation. Nic was very patient, friendly, helpful and put me right at ease even though I had never done anything like this before. The day of my service Nic and the entire crew were friendly, professional and made me feel very comfortable. I am super pleased with my headlight replacements. The lights were so yellow and hazy and looked awful. My car looks brand new and I can see so much more clearly at night. When the tech drove my car around the building with my new lights on I literally jumped up and down. Excellent work at a very reasonable price. I would very highly recommend these guys!

Very professional. I took my under glow light kit in to be added to my vehicle and it was placed on in under 2 hours without an appointment. I’m very pleased!
Only problem was with the waiting room, a bit hot, but it had everything you would need there. The work they did on my vehicle was excellent, should last for a long time. Customer service was great as well, always making sure I was doing good. Would highly recommend going here.
Normally the shop completes the work needed very timely . I called the evening before and asked if they could schedule me in the morning the person who answered the telephone replied yes. I assumed that that meant the work would be completed in a two - three hour time frame ( I dropped the vehicle off at 8:05am ) I made the mistake of assuming the work would be done in that time frame but, if the clerk had informed me that they were back log from the day before I would not have left the vehicle and would schedule for another day. I called around or about 11:00am and I was told that they hadn’t started on the vehicle because of the back log from ( then and only then was I given that information) . I called back and told them not to start work because I have an appointment with a constituent ( I work for a US Congressman/ serving 9 counties ) and I was on my way to pick the vehicle up. When I arrived the clerk told me he didn’t know I said I was coming to pick it up. I then had to wait anddtionl 35minutes for the services to be completed . Honestly I have enjoyed the service I receive from the shop but, I thought I should have been informed of the back log in adavance so that would not have been late for a congressional appointment .
They did a awesome quick job. Very reasonable cost to fix my problem.
