I have never used your establishment before and never will I again.
I just got a plane ol oil change, but no. My oil change cost over $102.00. And they had to order a filter. They said to come back on Wednesday (this was on Monday), came back Wednesday, no filter. Was told to come back next Wednesday. I finally came in Thursday (yesterday) you. The filter was in, no phone call(s) as was asked when it came in. The guy put it in and I was saying thank you and getting in my car to leave and the guy says no, you have to pay for it. SERIOUSLY??????
So I had to pay another $16.00 and some change (it would have been$20.00, but I pitched a fit. So my oil change cost roughly $110.00. I asked what cost so much and he said they change the filters (in the glove compartment) for new customers. No one asked me and I have had this car since I drove it off the lot and I have NEVER BEEN CHARGED THAT, even at the dealership! I am requesting a refund for the 2 filters that I did not ask them to replace at the cost of $31.00 a piece = $62.00.
