Went in to get service on cruze. After short time they found out it was something different than what they supected and had fixed. The problem in question all dealt with same item but instead of senor (which is normally problem) it was the hub. They did adjust price according, made sure to take good care of their customer. But I find they are very good people to work with and very reasonable on price. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have never had a problem at all they are good to do whatever you need or ask. Sharon at front desk is just wonderful along with Rick and all the other mechanics there. Whenever we have a problem with truck or car it goes to Ricks. They are the best in our book..

Good price on alignment - however, additional necessary work was about 20% higher than other quotes.

First Ricks auto repair gets a five star rating from me. We have gone to Rick's for years. They have always been honest and up front with us. I would recommend then to any one and everyone.
