Question: TRANSMISSION STARTED HESITATING, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT APPEARED

TRANSMISSION STARTED HESITATING, WHEN SHIFTING FROM 1ST to 2nd, will not continue into 3rd 4th or overdrive, even when manually selected to use overdrive on shifter, T- fluid level ok, no bubbles noticed, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT APPEARED,
