Question: 4x4 is stuck in.

my service 4x4 light came on. and i noticed that the motor was trying to disengage with truck running, or not running.it happens. took it to the local dodge dealer, and they traced it back to the tipum, i replaced tthe tipum drove the truck for a mile it worked. switched the 4x4 switch through 4x4 high, and ext..it worked fine. parked it for 20 min.. started it back up and the 4x4 service light came back on. and its stuck in 4x4 again.. need help..
